ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
Billetweb is a Ticketing solution (hereinafter referred to as “the Ticketing”) published by the company Trustweb (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”. Said Ticketing allows organizers (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizers”) of events (hereinafter referred to as “the Events”) to put their Tickets (referred to in this contract as “the Tickets”) on sale on the website www.billetweb.fr (referred to as “the site” ).The purchasers of these Tickets are then referred to below as “the Purchasers”. The holders and users of the Tickets are referred to as “the Participants”.
These general conditions apply to any ticket purchase made through the Ticket Office. Billetweb acts as an intermediary at the marketing stage but without ever intervening in the organization of the event. The Organizers are therefore fully responsible for the running of the event. These general conditions do not concern the holding of the event itself. The Organizers may add their own conditions concerning the holding of the event itself in a document which will be presented to you following this document.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICES
Ticket prices include, according to the rules in force, the mention of the currency. Unless otherwise stated, prices are indicated on the Ticket Office including all taxes.
The organizers have the right to modify the various prices during the sales period, invoicing, carried out by the company, is carried out on the basis of the prices in force at the amount of the creation of said order by the participant.
ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY
The ticket office informs you in real time of product availability when placing your order. If certain tickets are no longer available between the start and end of your order, the system will inform you. You will be able to check the contents of your order before validation and payment.
ARTICLE 4 – PLACEMENT
Unless otherwise stated when booking and on the ticket, seating is free. If the Organizer has chosen to implement a seating system, you will be asked to choose your seat or zone during the reservation process. The location on plan or diagram is provided for information only. It is intended to be as representative as possible but has no contractual value.
ARTICLE 5 – PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to Information Technology, Files and Liberties, the processing of your information is subject to a declaration to the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL) under declaration number 1759026.
You have a permanent right of access and rectification to all data concerning you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in force. Simply request it by email (contact@Billetweb.fr)
When placing your order, you are required to provide personal information about your identity as well as that of the Participants.
The information necessary to ensure the processing of the order by the Ticket Office is: name, first name and email address of the Buyer. They may also be used by Billetweb to contact you in the event of a problem with the processing of your order.
Other information may be collected at the request of the Organizer, particularly in the event of a possible postponement or cancellation of the Event. The Company collects this data on behalf of the Organizer and brings it to its attention. The Organizer is then responsible for the proper conservation and use of the data to which it may have had access. Our system hosts the data for a period of 1 to 5 years following the end of the event (this parameter is defined by the organizer). Beyond this duration, the data is anonymized.
By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, you expressly authorize the Company to transmit your personal data to the Event Organizer. The Company cannot be held responsible for any use that may be made of this data. The Organizer is solely responsible for the management and content that it will send to the Participant.
If you create or use a buyer account to place an order, you authorize Billetweb to collect, store and process your data. When making a subsequent reservation using this account, you authorize Billetweb to transmit part of your data to the organizer for whom you are making this order. This data is kept for a period of 5 years from the last purchase made by the buyer.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Validation of your order implies your obligation to pay the price indicated. Only one payment method is authorized per order.
6.1 Payment by bank card
It is possible to pay for your order by bank card such as “Carte Bleue”, “VISA”, “EUROCARD” or “MASTERCARD”. Said payment is processed by our banking partner. The latter’s contact details are accessible from the “legal notices” page of the site. Payment by card can use the 3D Secure system which aims to identify the card holder in order to limit fraud.
Once the transaction is validated by the bank, your bank account will be debited for the order amount. At the end of the transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. You will be able to download an invoice from there.
In the event that a payment turns out to be invalidated by the bank, after issuance of your Ticket or your order it will be invalidated, preventing you from accessing the event.
Exchanges with the billetweb.fr site are secured by SSL encryption. The buyer's bank details are not stored by our system. Online electronic payments are made on the Billetweb website or directly on the website of the company's banking partner, which ensures security using appropriate encryption and authentication technologies.
6.2 Alternative payment
In cases where the organizers allow and authorize an “offline” payment, the Billetweb system will make a “reservation” of your order. Once payment has been made to the Organizers and payment has been validated by the latter via the Billetweb system, the order will be sent by email to buyers according to the aforementioned terms.
ARTICLE 7 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is paid, a confirmation message is displayed. An order confirmation email containing your tickets is immediately sent. It is then your responsibility to check that the tickets have been received. Please note that some courier providers may delay delivery of tickets. If you do not receive it after several hours, please contact the organizer or Billetweb customer service. It is possible to check payment for an order or return tickets from the ticket sales module. Non-receipt of the order does not result in the invalidity of the order.
ARTICLE 8 – ISSUANCE AND CONDITION OF USE OF TICKETS
Delivery Electronic Tickets or a link allowing them to be downloaded are sent to the Buyer's email after each order.
Features In accordance with regulations, each Ticket contains the following information in apparent or coded form:

Tariff name
Price paid by the buyer
Unique ticket and order identification number Support In order to be accepted, the Ticket must be printed in black and white or color, on white, blank A4 Paper. The latter must present a correct total state of integrity and legibility: damaged or illegible Tickets will not be considered invalid.
The presentation of a Ticket via a digital medium (Tablet, Smartphone) will only be accepted if the Organizer expressly stipulates so in the information appearing on the Ticket. The Participant remains responsible for being able to present the Ticket on the digital medium at the entrance to the event.
Billetweb declines all responsibility for any anomaly that may occur during the ordering, downloading or printing of a Ticket. No duplicates other than the original ticket will be issued.
Uniqueness A Ticket can only be used once to access the event. Therefore, in the event of loss, theft or duplication, only the first person to present the Ticket will be admitted to attend the event. A ticket holder who has already been used will not be able to claim any refund.
The Ticket is only valid for the place, date and time to which it belongs. The Ticket must be kept until the end of the event.
The Ticket may be personal, depending on the settings made by the Organizer on the Ticketing system. In this case, in addition to the identity of the buyer, that of the beneficiary will be indicated on the Ticket. Registered Tickets remain personal and non-transferable, except with express prior authorization from the Organizers.
The ticket is unique, comprising on the one hand an identification number and, on the other hand, a barcode. Reproduction, duplication or counterfeiting of Tickets is prohibited. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse access to the event site (or event). No refund will then be granted.
Control The Organizer is free to check the validity of the Tickets when accessing the event. It is not required to verify the identity of the beneficiary of the Ticket given that the Ticket has a unique and unpredictable identifier. Therefore, the Participant must ensure the confidentiality of his Ticket. Access to the Event may be refused to a Participant who presents a Ticket already used. The Organizer is not required to verify the authenticity of the ticket.
Proof The Organizer is also free to control the identity of the participants. In the event that the Tickets are configured as nominative, the Participant must be able to prove their identity using an official document including a photograph.
The Organizer may ask to present other supporting documents when accessing the event. These are communicated to the Participant via the order confirmation email and via the information appearing on the Ticket.
ARTICLE 9 – REFUND
No right of withdrawal According to the legislative provisions of article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, Tickets cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal. Any order is then legally considered firm and final.
A ticket cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor returned or exchanged. Only two cases can trigger a refund:
The event is canceled or substantially modified
The organizer authorizes the reimbursement and provides the funds to reimburse
Reimbursement will only be made in favor of the initial purchaser. No costs of any nature whatsoever will be refunded or compensated. Any decision to cancel, postpone or modify an event is the sole responsibility of the Organizer.
ARTICLE – 10 CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any request from the Buyer relating to the event or access conditions, the Participant must contact the Organizer whose contact details will be found on the Ticket sales page. If the request cannot be satisfied, the organizer will contact Billetweb.
For any technical request relating to ticketing or marketing, the Participant can contact Billetweb using the means made available to them on the Billetweb website.
In the event of a dispute or default by the event organizer, the buyer must contact Billetweb.
If the consumer has sent a complaint to Billetweb and has not obtained satisfaction or response within two months, the buyer may have recourse to our mediator MCP Médiation, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 611-1 and R 612 -1 et seq. of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes. ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW
The applicable law is French law regardless of the location of the Event. Any difficulty relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, whatever the place of execution hereof and whatever the domicile of the defendant.
In accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, Billetweb is automatically responsible towards the consumer for the proper execution of the obligations resulting from the contract concluded remotely. Billetweb is then responsible for transmitting the ticket.
However, Billetweb cannot be held responsible for the progress of the Event and the execution of the Organizer's obligations during it. As the event takes place under the sole responsibility of the Organizer, Billetweb cannot be held responsible for reasons such as cancellation, postponement, modification of the event or any other incident which may take place during the event. ARTICLE 12 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
The user declares to have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale as well as those which could have been added by the Organizer concerning the holding of the event. The connection and transaction data kept by Billetweb are proof.
